First things first, we are a family run deer processing company. We specialize in processing whitetail deer. Your deer in your deer out, we do one deer at a time.

So if you have a deer that is in need of butchering, we can handle that for you. As a matter of fact we offer all sorts of custom cuts, brats, summer sausage, deer sticks and more. If you’re looking for the best place to have your deer processed you’ve found it! As a matter of fact our motto is: “You can’t beat our meat!” It’s true, we’re the best deer processing shop in the tri-county area. We serve hunters from all over Huron, Tuscola, and Sanilac Michigan and surrounding counties. We’re sure you’ll appreciate our very competitive rates as well.

We process over 40 kinds of sausage fresh or smoked. Come in, try our Beer Sticks with our without cheese, and try our cranberry-pecan summer sausage. We vacuum pack and freeze your deer. All deer are hung in a cooled cooler ready to be processed. We process one deer at a time so in doing that you get your own deer back guaranteed. Note: We accept personal checks and cash, we do accept credit cards. There are ATM machines really close so if you need to go to an ATM it’s easy.
